Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 3 Medium Carrots
  • 2 Medium Red Capsicums
  • 3 Cups Cauliflower
  • 2 Cups Broccoli
  • ¾ Cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Cooking Cream
  • ½ Small Tub of Light Philly Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions For Chilli Chicken with Vegetables

  1. Put the chicken breasts into the slow cooker first.
  2. Chop the carrots and onions into small pieces, then add them in.
  3. Pour the sweet chilli sauce on top of everything.
  4. Add the Philly cheese — just drop it right in!
  5. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to give it a little extra flavor.
  6. Put the lid on and cook on low for 3½ hours.
  7. After 3½ hours, pour in the cooking cream and stir gently.
  8. Now add the cauliflower, broccoli, and red capsicum.
  9. Put the lid back on and cook for 30 more minutes, or until the cauliflower feels soft when you poke it with a fork.
