Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Medium Onions
- 3 Medium Carrots
- 2 Medium Red Capsicums
- 3 Cups Cauliflower
- 2 Cups Broccoli
- ¾ Cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Cream
- ½ Small Tub of Light Philly Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions For Chilli Chicken with Vegetables
- Put the chicken breasts into the slow cooker first.
- Chop the carrots and onions into small pieces, then add them in.
- Pour the sweet chilli sauce on top of everything.
- Add the Philly cheese — just drop it right in!
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper to give it a little extra flavor.
- Put the lid on and cook on low for 3½ hours.
- After 3½ hours, pour in the cooking cream and stir gently.
- Now add the cauliflower, broccoli, and red capsicum.
- Put the lid back on and cook for 30 more minutes, or until the cauliflower feels soft when you poke it with a fork.

💡 Tip: If you don’t like spicy food, just use a little less sweet chilli sauce. If you love spicy, add a tiny bit more!
