Slow Cooker Breakfast

So while I was searching the net yesterday I came across this slow cooker breakfast recipe and thought I’d try it out today. The full recipe is below but I halved it and made two to fit in my Westinghouse 3 in one as the bowls are a bit smaller.

Ingredients:
12 Eggs

1 Cup Milk

450/500 gram Packet of Hash Browns

12 Rashers Crispy Bacon (10 min in Air Fryer)

2-3 Tomatoes, thickly sliced

1 Cup Mozzarella, shredded

1/2 Cup Tasty Cheese

Chives

Method:
Whisk the eggs and milk together in a separate bowl and season to taste. I used Chinese 5 Spice but you can add salt and pepper or whatever you want.

Place a third of the hash browns in the slow cooker bowl then add 5 rashers of crispy bacon on top, add some tomato slices, half the Mozzarella and pour over a third of the egg mixture.

Repeat the layers once more and finish with remaining hash browns and egg mixture.

Top with the tasty cheese, remaining bacon, crumbled and chives.

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours
