1/2 kg chicken thighs (cut into pieces)

2 carrots (chopped small)

3 potatoes (cut into chunks)

1/2 jar Patak’s vindaloo paste

1 tin diced tomatoes
Vindaloo Chicken Curry: Directions

Chop all the chicken, carrots, potatoes, and onion into bite-size pieces. Put them in your slow cooker.

Add the vindaloo paste, water, and diced tomatoes on top. Stir a little.

Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours until everything is soft.

Turn to high for the last hour to make the sauce thick and yummy.
