Ingredients

  • 1 swede

  • 2 potatoes

  • 1/4 of a pumpkin

  • 2-3 sticks celery

  • 1 small half a cauliflower

  • 1 small head or broccoli

  • 1 onion

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 parsnip

  • 1-2 tsp of crushed garlic

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes

  • 2 cans tomato soup

  • 1 pkg of spring vegetable soup.

  • 2-3 cups of water

  • 500 g chuck diced beef

  • A good sprinkle of pepper

Tomato Beef Vegetable Soup: Instructions

  1. Dice all vegetables.

  2. Pour in all ingredients into slow cooker.

  3. Bake on low in the entire day (about 8 hours).
