Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 4 strips of bacon
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 teaspoons of garlic
- A handful of mushrooms
- 1 can of chicken and corn soup
- A couple of shakes of Italian herbs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
Chicken & Corn with Vegetables: Directions
- Cut the chicken, potatoes, bacon, and carrots into small bite-sized pieces.
- Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker except for the cheese.
- Set the slow cooker to low heat and let it cook for 5 to 6 hours.
- About 30 minutes before the cooking time is done, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve hot over a bowl of cooked rice and enjoy.
