Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Served With Ice Cream
Left in a little longer but got the chewy centre and crisp outside 😍
Ingredients:
100 gram butter, softened
80 gram caster sugar
60 gram brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
200 gram plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
large pinch salt
250 gram chocolate chips
Method:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and line with greaseproof paper
Mix butter, sugars egg and vanilla extract
Then stir in flour salt and baking soda
Add choc chips and stir then pour into slow cooker
On high for 2hours I left about 15mins longer oh and add a tea towel under the lid!

First attempt at a syrup sponge in the slow cooker (we don’t have an oven at present) and I have to say its turned out OK… more importantly it actually turned out 🙂… bring on the custard!
Recipe:
To be honest the ingredients were a bit slap dash. Kitchen is packed away at the moment so I don’t even have scales.
Just used
2 cups of self raising flour,
1 cup sugar,
4 eggs and a pack of melted butter.
Used a normal cake tin (not lose bottom) and put a bit of syrup in the bottom. Sat it in an inch of water in the bottom of the slow cooker and cooked it for 2 hours on high. It turned straight out.
