My long weekend slow cooker Fudge efforts! Clockwise is Strawberry and cream, Malteeser, pride white choc, and choc mint. Also not pictured is salted caramel tim tam dark choc fudge.
Ingredients:
400g chocolate of choice
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla or essence of choice
Mix-ins of choice
Method:
High in slow cooker 45 mins stir every 15 mins
Pour into lined tin and set in fridge at least 3 hours
They are Soooooo yum!!
Strawberry and Cream
800g white choc, 2 tins condensed milk, red food colouring, and strawberry essence.
Put the choc and condensed milk in and cook as normal, take half out and put in lined tray, then to remaining half add food colouring and strawberry essence, spoon on top and swirl.
Malteeser:
I used 200g milk and 200g dark choc 1 tin condensed milk, vanilla essence, half a pack of Malteesers in the slowcooker, then crushed the other half of the bag over the top before it set
Rainbow Fudge:
I made 3 batches of white choc fudge and did it in 3 sections. The first batch I make red, put half in the tray, then added yellow to make orange then added that layer n top. Put that in the fridge to set, then did another batch yellow this time, again, put half in the tray, then added blue to make green then put that on top then set again. For the Last batch made it blue, again half on to the tray, then add red to make purple, and all in the fridge to set again.
Choc Mint:
200g milk choc, 200g dark choc and 1 tin condensed milk, cook and set in fridge. Meanwhile make white chocolate batch (400g white choc, 1 tin condensed Milk) then add green food colouring and peppermint essence to the white choc mix, then pour on to the set choc base and set in fridge another 3 hours.
Salted Caramel:
I used 300g dark choc and 100g of the Lindt salted caramel dark choc block, then added a touch of salt and crumbled the salted caramel tim tams over the top once it was cooked before it set.
