Roast Pork In The Slow Cooker…
Roast pork dinner done right for a weeknight treat!👌🏼👩🏼🍳
Another successful mini roast pork done ✅
Preheated slow cooker on low
Removed netting and crackling
Cut up some garlic gloves and stuffed inside slits in pork, spinkle of mixed herbs, s&p,
Dried crackle with paper towel and put in fridge for a few hours with a bit of salt on top,
Spray slow cooker with a little bit of oil,
Pork in slow cooker for 5 hours sitting on 2 egg rings,
3 hours in, place veggies around pork in slow cooker pealed and cut potatoes, pumpkin, carrot and red onion,
Once veggies are soft, take out and put in oven to crisp up, along with cauliflower/broc in cheese sauce which I prepared earlier…
Take pork out of slow cooker after 5 hours, slice and set aside,
Use juices in the bottom of slow cooker with two table spoons of traditional gravox.
Oh and don’t forget the crackle, sorry don’t meant to mention oven but yes I put it in there😆 enjoy! 🙌
