Honey And Mustard Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe 😋
Ingredients:
150ml chicken stock,
2 tablespoons mustard ( i used dijon but you can use others)
2 tablespoons honey
5 Spring onions
100g peas
5 mushrooms.
4-6 chicken breasts or thighs.
1 spoon butter
2 or 3 spoonfuls double cream
Directions:
Heat the butter in a pan and slightly brown the chicken, add to slowcooker, fry sliced spring onion in pan then add to slow cooker.
In a jug pour 150 boiling water and add stock cubes, 2 spoons of mustard and honey mix well add to the slow cooker
On low for 4 hours
15 mins before finished add in mushrooms peas and the double cream, stir & leave lid off.
We had mash and carrots with ours too.

SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
4 x chicken breast fillets.
4 x large potatoes
2 x tins carrots
2 x onions
Garlic puree
1 x tin peas or use frozen
1 x Dumbling mix
Salt
Pepper
Fresh thyme leads
2 x chicken stock cudes
Chicken gravy granules
Method:
Firstly seal of the chicken breasts, then lay a bed of onions. Place the chicken on top then add potatoes, season with salt, pepper and thyme. Add chicken stock then then set on low cook for 6-7 hours then add tinned carrots and peas thicken with gravy granules then cook for a further 1 hour. Then finally add dumplings to the casserole cook for a further 20 to 30 mins then serve. Total cooking time is 8 hours 30 mins. Enjoy folk I know I will. 👨🍳🍽😋👌
